Project Management

Project management is an approach to plan and guide project processes from different stages to the end. The process includes following steps

Executing the Project and controlling the cost: - We execute the project and rectify how many resources and how much the budget will be used for the project. The project manager then assigns those resources and allocates budget to various tasks in the project.

Closure of the Project: - At this stage, the project manager and business owner pull together the project team to analyze the final outcome of the project.
